We’re proud to say that we’re chosen as the top 30 finalists in Selangor Accelerator Programme 2019 that took place on 26th April 2019 in SITEC, SDCC, out of the top chosen startups which includes IoT, mobile application, big data & cloud solutions of over 100 applications.
Some of the startups that joined together with us are:
- Deemples – Golf app for golfers to find golf buddies for golfing
- Lifeorigin – Creating Sustainable Protein To Feed The World
- Petotum – The go-to apps for pet folks
- BeWe – Community powered Platform
- My Weekend Plan – Leading events and team building company in Malaysia
- Anak2U – A school management system specialized for early education center
- WEDDING WE – Wedding planning without the hassle.
After the program that lasted four months, Selangor Accelerator Programme 2019 has come to an end with our Demo Day on 20th July, with all startups shining on stage to pitch their startup to investors, potential clients and partners, after being prepared by the program to be investor ready. Throughout the day, the organisers invited influencers from the startup scene including angel investors, angel groups, equity crowdfunding, peer to peer lending and more.
At the end of the day, we’ve even invited the CEO of Invest Selangor for the ceremony. Where he to grants us with certifications and award, at the same time announcing the top 10 & top 5 winners. The top 5 winners are Petotum, Carpit, Prime Xcess, Kravve & BeWe.
Community is a wonderful thing, and being with like-minded people on this journey changes the perspective towards entrepreneurship. It was a very tiring, yet fulfilling journey and allows us to frog leap to the next level. Watch this space!
