About the space

We are 28blvd, newly completed lakeside condo with 20++ facilities 🌸

Use the space for home dating, watching movie & sports privately, photoshoot, birthday parties, etc. It can also be used for filming and Youtube videos, let us know before you do.

TV, WiFi, Sofabed is included in the booking and you can use it as you wish! There are also great natural light in the morning for your photoshoot sessions. If you wish to overnight, it is charged additionally, please let us know in advance if you wish to stay for the night.

🏠 Like a home-style will feeling at the House nearby KL, Sunway Velocity, Bukit Bintang, can walk many shopping malls in KL, you won’t feel bored when staying at Homestay, is a good place to stay. 🤩🎈
