About the space

PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING

• Book only from 9AM to 6PM (9 hours minimum, including check in & out time)
• The price shown is only for photo shooting, for video shoot will be RM5000 (for the whole 9 hours)
• To book the space, choose the dates and time you wish to book. Click additional RM3000 for videography

The space is located in Telok Panglima Garang area in Shah Alam. You can have the whole house for yourself and feel free to move around any furniture as you see fit. Please be aware that you’ll have to place the furniture back to its original position once you’ve completed the shoot. The house can be used for production shoot, filming, video commercials, photo shoots and more.

Parking
Free parking in the area up to 1000 cars, you can unload in front of the house and park at the designated parking area.

Surroundings
The house is located beside The Arc, Bandar Rimbayu. You can find Starbucks nearby the area, feel free to chill around the area. Please read the rules section before placing any booking.

Rules
No smoking, food and alcohol inside the house. Please do not use the bathroom inside the house, instead use the public toilet that is located nearby the area as we do not charge you for any cleaning fees. The space is a part of The ARC, Bandar Rimbayu project with IJM, it is originally a showroom but converted into a place for creative purposes. The price is not negotiable.
