If you received a booking from Chupspace, you are sure to have an account by now. Login to your account and check on the Bookings tab. In case you forgotten your password, you can always request a reset on the sign in page.

This is a summary of your booking you received, and the details when they book your space. Press Confirm button to see further details or chat with the guests.

It is advised to message the guests and invite them to book. This is to clarify any doubts and details of the guest before making payment, this will significantly increase your chances of getting booked and the guests experience.

Chat online with guests on their needs, and once you come into a mutual agreement on the price, and time. You can ask the guests to make payment through Chupspace.

By accepting a booking online, you are provided with dispute solution, customer support, and safeguard from scams and non-payment. What’s best is that client gets an immediate invoice after payment so you can be hassle free without any paperwork.

Invite the guest to place a booking by pressing “Confirm availability”. Once guests make a payment, you will be informed and the times are automatically blocked. Guests are then informed on where to park, and how to access to the space. You can always edit this information in your My listing” tab.

All you have to do is to setup the place as informed, and the guest arrives and use the place as planned. If your guests need extra items like food, equipment and onsite support, feel free to engage our concierge team to get everything handled for you with no additional charges.

Payment will be deposited directly into the bank account you provided at “Payment method” tab.

FAQs

Anyone who owns or has access to a space can become a host on Chupspace and make additional income with their extra or idle spaces. Register a new account and choose “Become A Host” at the bottom of the sign up form and you will be able to create a host account to list your space.

We understand your concern on accepting a booking online. Check out this step by step guide we’ve prepared for you.

It is completely free to become a host and start earning online. We make money only when you do, where we take 15% to on every successful bookings placed through the Chupspace platform. Every booking is supported by the Chupspace team, and we work hard to ensure best experience for both parties.

Once you’ve signed up as a host on Chupspace, you will be able to access the host dashboard where you are able to submit a listing from the “Add new listing” tab found in your dashboard.

You can set custom and weekend prices if necessary when you are adding your space on Chupspace. Feel free to edit the price of the space if you need to, however too frequent changes will create a bad experience for the guests and we do not encourage hosts to change prices frequently. We understand that you love your space, and we all love it too. You can always update your available hours online on your dashboard’s calendar. For off working hours booking, you can set available hours for booking and a minimum booking hours if you need to in your dashboard as well.

Chupspace team will facilitate communication of both parties to reach a quick and fair solution. By booking through the platform, guests agrees cover in full any damages that they or their invitees caused during the booking, while hosts are responsible for basic cleanup and removal of trash. Alternatively, hosts can collect a refundable security deposit from the guests upon booking and the amount is claimable through from Chupspace in case any damages is done. If no disputes are risen from both parties within 48 hours after using the space, the security deposit will be automatically refunded to the guests.

Chupspace is a platform built on top of trust, communication and professionalism. The guests and hosts would require verification before they can list or book a space, in the form of profile picture, social profile and ratings, so that you know who you are dealing with. Chupspace acts as the middleman for transaction on both parties to create easy and secured transaction, communication and trust.

People come to Chupspace for various reasons, from hosting a birthday party for their children to having yoga classes. As a host, you have full control of how you want to rent your space, guests will send a request on their usage for you to approve. When you list a new space, you can choose what kind of activities that your space can do and set house rules before each usage.

We want it to be easy when you host, so we have providers up our sleeves to help you with equipment, catering, decoration and more. Once you accepted a booking, you’ll be able to access our database of vendors & suppliers that you can engage for your success. We have no extra charges on the hosts to engage vendors on our platform.

We understand you love your space, that’s why we verify the guests before they book your location. We do this so you can have peace of mind whenever hosting

When a booking is initiated through Chupspace, both users go into a legal agreement to compensate for any damages or losses made to their counterparts. Chupspace acts as a facilitator to ensure this occurs smoothly

Our booking system made it seamless for any booking to occur without needing the hosts and guests to be physically present in the space, allowing hosts to earn from underutilised spaces. If the guests insist to visit before booking, we will not be responsible for any damages or loss occurred on the visit.

The guests are verified before they place a booking. In extremely rare cases when the guests do illegal activity in your space, you will not be held responsible as long as the booking goes through Chupspace.

We’re building a healthy community with mutual respect, you’re responsible to inform the guests beforehand on overtime charges. Any overtime is charged 1.5 times hourly rate on default, this is to prevent any booking to affect other parties that have booked the location on another time

You can always set minimum hours for your space on the dashboard. You’re able to control how you rent your space while truly maximizing your space through hourly rental

Guests are charged the full amount upon booking a space through our payment provider. Hosts will receive the payment deducting any incurred fees in 24 hours after each use. Chupspace holds no booking fees and all monies will be held by a trusted licensed provider Stripe Inc. See more here

We make money only when you do. We take a small fee of 15% commission from the total booking fee as a processing fee to ensure your booking goes silky smooth.

You are responsible for cleaning and you’re able to charge an extra cost to cover the cleaning. Over the past 1000+ bookings through Chupspace, a short term rental for a few hours will usually not require deep cleaning and professionals are more likely to take care of your location than individuals
